The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an international organization of lay people, who practice Christianity by helping people on a person to person basis. The essence of the Society is personal service and commitment. The Society is named after St. Vincent de Paul who is the Patron Saint of Christian charity.
Our members show their love, compassion and understanding by giving themselves - their concern, their friendship, their time, and their talents - to help people regardless of creed, race, or political belief. Great care is taken to preserve the dignity of the person served. We do not preach or convert, nor do we attach any conditions to our aid, the funds used are donations from Sacred Heart parishioners.
The local Sacred Heart Conference can be reached by calling 779-548-5057 or e-mailing [email protected].
